Safety

Marketplace safety policy

Juju.ug is built for a sensitive category. We allow transparent traditional spiritual services and ritual product listings, but we moderate claims and behavior carefully.

Not Allowed

No violence, threats, blackmail, coercion, revenge services, non-consensual targeting, surveillance, medical cure claims, or guaranteed outcomes.

Practitioner Review

Practitioners must submit identifying details, location, references, and service categories for review before service listings are approved.

Buyer Protection

Buyers can browse publicly, but contact reveal and seller details require OTP-verified login. Every listing can be reported for moderation.

Seller Standards

Product sellers must label herbs, roots, bark, ritual items, cowries, oils, and kits clearly, without medical or guaranteed-result claims.
